33r Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Pakistan's Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 33r ("33r", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 33r website located at 33r.bio and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and payment processing features.

By accessing the 33r platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 33r platform.

33r reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last revision, is published on this page. Your continued use of the 33r platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The 33r platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The 33r platform is strictly prohibited for use by minors. The age of majority in Pakistan is 18 years.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 33r or any associated gaming operator.
• Your use of the 33r platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 33r or any of its software or payment service providers.

33r reserves the right to request age verification documents from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended until verification is provided, and any winnings earned during an unverified period may be withheld pending completion of the verification process.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to such an account will be returned via the original payment method, and any winnings or bonus credits will be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 33r platform, including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino play, you must register an account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 33r platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your real name, date of birth, email address, and any other details required by 33r. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All account activity carried out using your credentials – whether by you or by any unauthorised third party who gained access as a result of your failure to maintain confidentiality – is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The 33r platform operates a PKR (Pakistani Rupee) native wallet. All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 33r does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit card, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the cashier section of the platform. 33r reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 33r reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including copies of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 33r may result in the delay or withholding of a withdrawal.

33r reserves the right to void and reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is found to involve fraudulent activity, stolen payment credentials, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33r may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to users from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus terms that apply to all 33r promotional offers unless stated otherwise include the following:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 33r reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has commenced the qualifying activity, 33r will endeavour to honour the proportionate benefit accrued up to the point of cancellation.
• Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to matched betting designed to extract bonus value, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of wagering terms – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 33r platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the betting section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules. In the event of any ambiguity, 33r's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

33r reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed at incorrect or erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or manifest pricing error;
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from the form in which the market was offered;
• 33r has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of betting (insider information);
• The bet forms part of a pattern of behaviour that 33r reasonably concludes constitutes match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.

All cricket betting markets – including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, and international tournament markets – are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published on the platform, which address scenarios including the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, innings interruptions, and abandoned matches.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33r platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform or registering on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform's systems;
• Any form of match-fixing, sport manipulation, or use of insider information in placing bets;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly illegal and where 33r has expressly restricted access;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a genuine platform error must be reported to [email protected] and will not be honoured;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 33r staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

33r is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is designed for entertainment, and 33r actively encourages all users to approach gaming in a controlled and informed manner.

33r provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum active session durations with automatic reminders and hard-stop functionality.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap the maximum amount they can lose over a defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33r platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or perform any content from the 33r platform without prior written consent from 33r.

Any unauthorised use of 33r's intellectual property – including the 33r brand name, logo, or game content – may constitute an infringement of copyright or trademark law and will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33r shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind – direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive – arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

11. Account Closure & Termination

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user's verified payment method after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been assessed.

33r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder has breached these Terms;
• 33r has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach or fraudulent activity, 33r reserves the right to retain any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part at 33r's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict or limit any rights you may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
